These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 88fp ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://88fp.cam and all associated services, content and functionality made available through the Platform.

88fp is an online betting and casino information platform providing guides, game information, platform overviews and related content to users in Pakistan and internationally. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 88fp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Impersonating any person or entity, including any 88fp employee or representative;
• Using the Platform to facilitate, promote or engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or the financing of terrorism;
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their explicit authorisation;
• Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code into the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 88fp;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any database connected to the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that 88fp determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical or security measures implemented by 88fp;
• Using VPN, proxy services or other tools to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

All financial transactions processed through 88fp or third-party operators referenced on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted Methods: Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services. The availability of specific payment methods depends on the third-party operator and is subject to change. Payment provider names are referenced as local context only — no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
• Currency: Transactions may be denominated in PKR or other supported currencies, subject to the operator's terms. Users should verify applicable exchange rates and conversion fees before transacting.

• Accuracy: Bonus terms, amounts and conditions described on 88fp reflect information available at the time of content publication. Third-party trademarks referenced on 88fp — including the names of sports leagues such as PSL, ICC and others, and the names of payment providers — remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are made for descriptive, informational purposes only and do not constitute or imply any affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its Content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

88fp does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times;
• Any information or Content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or reliable for any particular purpose;
• Any third-party operator referenced on the Platform is trustworthy, solvent or compliant with applicable regulations;
• Participation on any platform described in 88fp content will result in any particular financial outcome.

In no event shall 88fp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or gambling losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any third-party operator referenced herein, even if 88fp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any accumulated balance held in a connected operator account is governed by that operator's own terms and conditions — 88fp has no authority over, or liability for, funds held by third-party operators.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 88fp support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fp is incorporated or registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 88fp's right to bring proceedings against any User in any court of competent jurisdiction. Users may also have rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

Pakistan-Specific Notice: These Terms do not constitute a claim that 88fp's services are lawful under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable Pakistani federal or provincial legislation. 88fp makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in Pakistan and this document does not constitute legal advice.

88fp reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://88fp.cam/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
